What to love
Pull up to this 694sqm corner block and the first thing you'll notice is space. The front garden is low maintenance and tidy and a large paved driveway comfortably fits a caravan or boat, plus cars - no fighting for room, no shuffling vehicles.
Step inside and the separate front lounge sets the tone - warm wood laminate flooring underfoot and a sense of calm that separates this room from the rest of the home.
The kitchen, dining and family area is the heart of the home. Great natural lighting fills the space, and the gas burner log fire makes this the room everyone gravitates to on cooler nights. It's open, connected and comfortable, built for the way people actually live.
The master bedroom comes with built-in mirror robes, a ceiling fan and a renovated ensuite. Bedrooms two and three both have ceiling fans to keep things comfortable through Perth's warmer months, and evaporative air conditioning keeps the whole home cool when summer hits. The renovated main bathroom with a bath rounds out the wet areas nicely.
Out the back, a rear patio gives you a spot to sit and look out over the large backyard - and this is where the potential really opens up. There's plenty of room for a veggie garden, lush gardens or even a granny flat. A powered shed is already in place for the tools and toys.
Sitting in a quiet Clarkson pocket with parks, schools, Ocean Keys Shopping Centre and the train station all close by - this one's got the bones, the block and the location to make it whatever you want it to be.

Despite its relatively recent development in the early 1990s, Clarkson has since evolved into a thriving northern suburb of Perth. Home to more than 11,650 people, Clarkson's population grew exponentially between 1991 and 2011 as a large influx of new homes and other dwellings were built. The suburb has a seven square kilometre land area and is part of the City of Wanneroo.
One of Clarkson's major features and an attribute that has contributed to the suburbs growth is the establishment of the Clarkson Railway Station following the extension of the Perth railway line in 2004. Clarkson also has several parks for residents to enjoy, a local shopping centre and a number of schools, such as Clarkson Community High School and Somerly Primary School.
