*** First Home Open will be Saturday 6th September 12:40 - 1:10 ***
As the name suggests, this is one of the best 3x1's in Forrestfield. The main living area comprises a large kitchen with plenty of bench space and cabinetry, a dining area which steps down to the main living area. To the front of the home is a sunken lounge with fresh new carpet and is once again a great size. The space continues with the 3 large bedrooms all with built in robes for storage. The bathroom includes a separate shower and bath plus 1 of the 2 toilets in the home. A massive bonus of this property is the study that is adjacent to the kitchen. This was previously used as a sewing room but could also be transformed into a bathroom / walk-in robe to make the front living area a 4th bedroom or transformed into a scullery (or just enjoy the extra room).
Outside there are various patios and areas to sit in the established gardens so you can chase or escape the sun depending on the time of year. The powered workshop comes with ample shelving plus there is access to the rear of the property via the carport which is under the main roof.
To complete the package Woodlupine Court is a cul-de-sac which is another bonus of the property.

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
