There is a large washing machine in the laundry and enough good weather outside to dry the clothes in an hour or so on the clothesline. This is a comfortable and spacious house ideal for sitting, relaxing and chatting.

Both houses have BBQs and outdoor tables and chairs. The ocean side of the houses is a perfect spot to watch the sun set. There is a shared fish-cleaning table. There is also a further bathroom and seperate toilet in the garage (entry is between the houses) where guests from either or both houses can extend to use these facilities.

In November 2019 the bathroom was partially renovated, paving and retaining walls added to the front and rear of the cottage. The kitchen contains a large freezer, fridge, microwave and gas stove. The lounge room combines with the dining area and contains a table and chairs and a comfortable sofa that extends from wall to wall. It also has a TV with a DVD player. Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds and bedroom 3 (which is situated in a walkway that leads off the front verandah and is open to the kitchen) has two double bunks.

Both houses have BBQs and outdoor seating. The ocean side of the houses is a perfect spot to watch the sun set. There is a shared fish-cleaning table. Bookings are normally taken from Saturday to Saturday.
