This four bedroom, two bathroom residence is designed for the contemporary family, featuring a sprawling open-plan living and dining area that serves as the social heart of the home.

The kitchen is a masterclass in functional elegance, boasting premium stone benchtops and an expansive island bench with breakfast bar, that overlooks the family zone and alfresco outdoors. A standout feature for the home chef is the integrated scullery, providing a discreet secondary workspace that keeps the main kitchen pristine while entertaining guests, along with extra under bench storage space, a necessity for modern life.

The floor plan is intelligently zoned to provide privacy and versatility for every member of the household.
Positioned at the front of the home, the master suite is a generous retreat featuring a dedicated walk-in robe and a private ensuite, along with a reverse cycle split system air conditioner to keep you comfortable throughout the year. Directly adjacent, a separate theatre or office space offers a quiet sanctuary for professional work or movie nights, separated from the main living hub.
Moving into the open plan living area, you will appreciate the true sense of space on offer, with room to dine, lounge, and everything in between. A second split system air conditioning unit services this space, keeping the home comfortable, always.
The secondary bedroom wing is located toward the rear of the home, offering three separate rooms, all with built in robes, ensuring children or guests have their own dedicated space to get away from it all. The family bathroom offers a separate shower and bathtub, offering convenience for the whole family.

For those with a sense of adventure, the property includes a double garage specifically designed with high ceilings to accommodate taller vehicles or 4WDs.
