NEVER BEEN LIVED IN

Not many homes can boast that internally is brand new and never been lived in and still have the big corner block to suit those who need off-street parking options. 716m2 with unrestricted access to the backyard and the double bay shed are at the top of most property searches.

But inside is where the money has been spent. The brand new bathroom has now been expanded with the addition of an independent shower and extra toilet in the home means there is the second option for the extended family which for a house of this era and in this area is almost unheard of! The kitchen has had a complete overhaul and everything from the flooring, paint, fittings, it’s all new and all done and ready to move straight into!

If renovating a home doesn’t excite you and the choice to have it all done and new sounds appealing then this is exactly what you are after!

Pinjarra overview

The townsite of Pinjarra is located in the south west agricultural region, 87 km south of Perth and 21 km south east of Mandurah. It is located near a ford over the Murray River, and land was reserved for a townsite here in 1831. Surveys were carried out in 1836 and land allocated to settlers in 1837. The name was often shown spelt "Pinjarrup" on early maps, and the accepted spelling for many years was "Pinjarrah". There are conflicting theories regarding the meaningof this Aboriginal name. It is usually said to mean "place of a swamp", but it is more likely named after the "Pindjarup" tribe, the Aboriginal group that frequented this area.
