Expansive Living and Three Car Garage!

Occupying a generous 676sqm block, 22 Goldseeker Loop in Ravenswood presents a unique opportunity for those who prioritise both internal size and expansive secure storage externally. This three bedroom, two bathroom home is distinguished by its impressive vehicle accommodation, featuring a rare three car garage, supplemented by additional secure gated parking spaces, and access to the rear of the home on both sides. This makes the property an ideal haven for hobbyists, collectors, or travelers needing a protected base for a caravan or boat.

The heart of the home is a striking open-plan living area, where an expansive vaulted ceiling creates an immediate sense of grandeur and airiness. The centre of the home is designed with family in mind, with kitchen, living and dining spaces all on offer. The kitchen offers 900mm appliances, including gas cooktop and under bench oven, large fridge recess and ample storage space. This area is equipped with a split-system air conditioning unit, for comfortable year-round living. A separate lounge at front offers another space to relax with the family.

The master bedroom, at the rear of the home, offers a private retreat from the rest of the household, a true sanctuary of peace and quiet to retire too. Featuring a spacious ensuite, with separate shower and spa bath, separate WC and full-length walk-in robe and a dedicated split-system air conditioner to ensure a perfect climate regardless of the season, you have everything you need without leaving the room.
Down the hall, the two family bedrooms on offer are well sized, complete with built-in robes for all your storage needs, along with a second bathroom with separate shower and bath.

Out the back of the home, you'll find plenty of undercover space with the large patio on offer, garden beds with low maintenance plant life, and room for the kids to run amok. Access is made easier with a side gate, as well as direct access through the garage.

The lifestyle on offer is synonymous with the best of the Peel region. Positioned just moments from the iconic Ravenswood Hotel, on the banks of the Murray River, the home encourages a relaxed, water-side pace of life. Despite its peaceful suburban setting, it remains highly connected; a short drive brings you to the retail and dining precincts of both Mandurah and Pinjarra.

For the modern commuter, FIFO worker or weekend explorer, the nearby freeway access is a major asset. It provides a direct route north for efficient travel to the Perth CBD and airport, while also acting as the perfect launching pad for journeys south to the world-renowned beaches and wineries of Western Australia's South West.

Ravenswood overview

The townsite of Ravenswood is located in the south west region, 83 km south of Perth and 8 km south east of Mandurah. It is located on a bend in the Murray River, and was originally the name of a property taken up in this area by Adam Armstrong in the 1840's. Armstrong's property was known as "Ravenswood Farm". Ravenswood was known as a locality as early as 1895, and following private subdivision in the area in the 1960's the Shire of Murray requested the declaration of a townsite. The townsite of Ravenswood was gazetted in 1970.
