As neat as a pin, inspection is sure to impress with this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom brick veneer home. The bedrooms are carpeted with the rest of the house featuring polished Jarrah floors for easy living and just gives a feeling of warmth plus low-maintenance as well. Being the current owners holiday home for many years there are shutters on most windows, gardens are easy care and watered from the property's own bore and of course you have a 6 x 4.5m shed complete with power and water to store the fun stuff. The carport runs the width of the house with concrete driveway (more low-maintenance) plus a generous land area of 803sqm which is fully fenced....

Kalbarri is a coastal resort and fishing town, 589 km north north west of Perth. It is located at the mouth of the Murchison River, the area becoming popular in the late 1940s as a tourist and fishing resort. In 1948 the government decided to declare a townsite here, and following the survey of lots the townsite was gazetted in 1951.
The name of Kalbarri was chosen from a list of Aboriginal words compiled by Daisy Bates in 1913. It is a man's name from a Murchison tribe, and also the name of an edible seed. The Aboriginal name for the area of Kalbarri has been recorded as "Wurdimarlu".
