From the moment you arrive, the home’s commanding frontage and elevated coastal outlook set the tone. The front verandah is the hero of the home, offering magical ocean views and the perfect vantage point to relax, entertain, or simply soak in the coastal lifestyle Port Hedland is known for.
Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed with a spacious 203sqm internal floor plan, ideal for families, owner-occupiers or executive tenants. All four bedrooms are well-proportioned and include built-in robes, while the master bathroom includes an ensuite, the main bathroom features separate shower and bathtub, catering to both comfort and practicality.
Year-round comfort is assured with split system air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, and the home is complemented by a double carport and ample outdoor space for kids, pets, or future enhancements.
The location further enhances the appeal — just a short drive to the newly refurbished and popular Hedland Hotel, the racetrack, and major shopping facilities. This tightly held pocket is widely regarded as one of the town’s most desirable and fast-appreciating areas.

Port Hedland is a port town in the Pilbara region, 1638 kilometres north of Perth and 202 kilometres east northeast of Roebourne. In 1895 the government commenced survey work for a port to service the pastoral industry in the region, and there was also demand in the area for a townsite. Following the survey of lots the townsite of Port Hedland was gazetted in 1896.
Port Hedland is named after the natural harbour of the same name on which it is situated. This was named during explorations of the area in 1863 after Captain Peter Hedland, master of the cutter "Mystery", who discovered the entrance to the harbour. Hedland was a Dutchman who sailed the north west coastal region supplying settlers in the 1860s.
