Much Loved Family Home in Suburban Dress Circle.
Plenty of Potential Here with sub-dividable 761sqm corner block in easy walking distance to Bannister Primary and Lynwood Senior High.
The 4 bedroom colonial style home is in well kept original condition and features real hardwood floors, gas cooking, split system air conditioning, ceiling fans, open format living area and a near house width covered patio at rear.
The fully fenced full size block is surrounded by parks and has Ockham Reserve a few steps in one direction and Bannister Creek Parklands a few meters away on the other side in a family friendly locality. Best of all, with the corner position is the potential to divide the block into two.
The décor is pretty original and the pergola and shade cloth is well past its use-by, but the bones of the house look good and a little well spent energy will make this home shine making it the perfect entry point to a tightly held locality.
Summer walks along the creek, a playground and park at every turn and your own massive yard to what you like.

In November 1964, the Shire of Canning proposed that this area be named "Willetton" after Henry Willett of Willett and Co." Early landholders in the area. In August 1965 the Shire advised that the Realty Development Corporation Ltd had requested the name "Clovercrest Estate" but that neither party would object to the use of the name Lynwood instead of "Willetton". This amendment was approved in 1965 and the name "Willetton" was used for an adjoining locality.
Lynwood contains a vibrant neighbourhood shopping centre complete with supermarket, post office, estate agency, and a number of food outlets as well as community hall, primary school which also services the adjoining suburb of Ferndale and a secondary school - Lynwood Senior High School.
