Tranquilly nestled in a desirable cul-de-sac setting, this terrific 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single-level home boasts a functional floor plan with a fantastic fourth-bedroom - or study - option, depending on what your personal needs may be.
A carpeted formal open-plan front lounge and dining room welcomes you inside and is reserved for those special occasions, also doubling as another flexible casual living zone. The spacious and tiled open-plan family, meals and kitchen area beyond it is the central hub of the house with its storage pantry, quality bench tops, double sinks, sleek white dishwasher, microwave nook, separate oven and modern stainless-steel range-hood and gas-cooktop appliances.
Essentially tripling personal living options is a huge games room behind the privacy of double French doors. The commodious master suite is the obvious pick of the bedrooms with its walk-in wardrobe and intimate fully-tiled ensuite bathroom - shower, toilet, vanity and all.
The spare bedrooms both have built-in robes and, like the study/fourth bedroom, are serviced by a separate second toilet, an efficient laundry with storage and a practical fully-tiled main family bathroom - with a separate shower and bathtub.
Both the games room and kitchen extend outdoors, where an enormous timber gable patio encourages year-round covered entertaining, overlooking a delightful backyard with lawn for the kids and pets to run around on.
With the new nearby Forrestfield-Airport public-transport link up and running and only minutes separating your front doorstep from schools (including Maida Vale Primary School), shopping, bus stops, the Hillview Public Golf Course, major arterial roads and the heart of Kalamunda's much-loved town centre, this gem of a family residence combines the best of quiet, comfort and convenience. Let the good times roll!

Track propertyThis area was first settled in 1873 by William Henry Mead. He built a home in the Ridge Hill area, and established an orchard named "Orangedale". The name of Maida Vale was chosen as the district name by a public meeting of local residents in 1910, and comes from the property name of another early settler, Mr W H McCormack. It is assumed that the name was derived from that of the west London suburb of this name, which in turn is named after Maida (S. Pietro di Maida) in Calabria, Italy. The British Army defeated the French there in 1806, and in commemoration of the victory Maida Hall and Maida Vale were named.
Within the suburb there is a primary school, Maida Vale Primary School, a golf course, numerous parks/ovals, small shops, and a heated swimming pool. Maida Vale retains areas of natural bushland and is not completely built-up with housing.
