Absolute Gem of a location backing onto Bannister Creek reserve and only a short walk to Bannister Primary and Lynwood Senior High schools. With great local shopping at Lynwood Village and, when they open again, plenty of retail therapy at Carousel.
The house is offered on an as is where is basis and while the bones are good, the cosmetics have seen better days - but 4 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - 2 living areas AND a massive block with subdivision potential.
There are no photos available for the inside but we can do a virtual tour if you wish.
This is one to secure your future.
