I am proud to present to the market 20A Marr Street, Myaree. This cracking block is already cleared and, with so much development on the nearby streetscape of Marr St, it is located in an attractive, quiet and modern pocket.
This block has a fantastic 11.17m frontage that allows you to do that little bit more than you can with the standard 10m frontage. Also, with an almost perfect east-west orientation you can build a house with a long north facing aspect, with all the solar thermal advantages that brings.
If you are looking to build on a block for your family home then schools are something that you may be considering. This block sits within the Applecross High and Booragoon Primary School zones, plus you have Mel Maria Primary School just four streets away. The local Herb Napthally park is just two streets away, the Myaree Shopping Centre is just 800m away and Westfield Booragoon is only minutes away. If you like your walks down by the river then the Swan River is approximately 1.7kms away.
Myaree is a small suburb but offers so much in terms of daily conveniences, local amenities, easy access to the City and Fremantle plus great school zones. So if this block ticks all of your boxes don't hesitate to enquire and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Prior to 1954, the suburb now named Myaree was part of Melville until the Melville Road Board acquired land and planning for an urban residential area in conjunction with an industrial area. The name, Myaree, which is an Aboriginal word meaning 'foliage', was suggested and street names were chosen commemorating men of the district who died on active service in the first world war and old residents who had played an active part in the development of the area.
Myaree is home to a retail hub along Leach Highway which includes many major retail outlets and public transport, providing a short journey to Fremantle and Perth City. Other features include seven reserves and parks such as Marmion Reserve, a sporting space with it's own lake with walking path.
