Ready to turn the homeowning dream into a right-now reality? This home is waiting in an ultra-convenient part of Forrestfield and just perfect for growing families with busy lives who still want space to breathe. The kids can ride their bikes here to the nearby parks, join the local rugby/tennis/soccer/hockey clubs, and grow up knowing green space and community still exists. The local golf course is close enough for Saturday morning swings or leisurely Sunday strolls while the Forrestfield shops make every day downright easy. This is a no-fuss, no-drama, very real family lifestyle choice on a manageable block that lets you enjoy the home without constantly maintaining it.
Inside is all about thoughtful, functional, comforting spaces that work. The interiors are generous with classic neutral walls, and big windows. Timber look flooring through that open-plan kitchen and living areas adds some personality and practicality with a balance of dark and durable carpet underfoot. That functional kitchen gives you everything you need including a clean, white-tiled splashback that feels both timeless and fresh. With climate control sorted via evaporative air conditioning plus not one but two split systems (including one in the main which is utter bliss) you can stay comfortable year-round without a skerrick of hassle.
Features include:
• 3 bedrooms
• 1 bathroom
• Front living room
• Evaporative air conditioning
• 2 split system air conditioners - 1 in main, 1 in living area
• Low maintenance gardens
• Single carport
• Garden shed
• Walking distance to parks
• Close to Forrestfield shops, Hartfield golf course and rugby, tennis, soccer & hockey clubs
• 364sqm block
Outside this home is all classic red brick (so fabulously Australian) with a big, brick-paved patio for BBQs and long Summer nights. And although it's all low-maintenance gardens, that doesn't mean they're low on personality - they're all neatly mulched, dotted with hardy succulents and shrubs, and you've got Colorbond fencing wrapping the whole yard in privacy and peace of mind. There's also easy side access, a garden shed for all the inevitable extras, and a single carport to keep things safely tucked away. It's easy, comfortable, and just works.

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
