Designed with effortless living in mind, this surprisingly spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom home delivers a larger-than-life open-plan layout, enhanced by impressive 38-course ceilings and clerestory windows that draw an abundance of natural light into the heart of the home. Airy, inviting and wonderfully practical, it's a home that feels far more generous than you'd expect, without the upkeep of a large property.
At the centre sits a well-appointed kitchen offering plenty of room to cook, gather and entertain. Stone benchtops are complemented by ample cabinetry and bench space, a gas cooktop, Blanco oven, rangehood, pantry, microwave recess, dishwasher recess and a generous double fridge recess.
All three bedrooms are well proportioned and include built-in robes, while two modern bathrooms and a stylish, functional laundry with stone benchtops, linen storage and dedicated front-loader space complete the practical interior.
Step outside and the easy-care appeal continues. The tall, sheltered alfresco provides a fantastic outdoor living space protected from the elements while still allowing those beautiful coastal breezes to filter through. With minimal gardens and upkeep required, weekends can be spent enjoying the beach, parklands and everything this tranquil coastal location has to offer rather than maintaining the property.

Yanchep is an outer suburb located on the coast, 56 kilometres north of Perth. Originally a small crayfishing settlement, it was developed by entrepreneur Alan Bond in the 1970s. The name ‘Yanchep’ was adapted from the Nyoongar word ‘Yandjip’, or ‘Yanget’, which is their word for the bulrush reed that is abundant around the wetlands of the area. Its boundaries as a suburb are extremely large, covering over 220 square kilometres and taking up almost the entire northern and north-eastern portion of the City of Wanneroo.
As a suburb, Yanchep has a shopping centre with a large Woolworths and various specialty shops such as a newsagency, butcher, bakery, hair salon, travel agency, cafe, massage and nail salons and fast food outlets. A garden centre, vet and various other businesses are also located in the industrial area a few hundred metres from the shopping centre.
Yanchep is a popular tourist destination due to its close proximity to the Yanchep National Park, therefore most residents are located in a small enclave around Yanchep Beach Road, near the coast. There are two primary schools and one secondary school in the area, with a new primary school expected to open in 2021.
