What to love
Tucked away at the very top of a quiet cul-de-sac, on a generous 985m² block, 20 Flinders Crescent delivers that rare Dampier magic - space, privacy and a laid-back coastal lifestyle all wrapped into one irresistible package.
Step inside the three-bedroom air-conditioned home and you're welcomed by a light, modern interior with low-maintenance tiled flooring throughout - perfectly practical for sandy feet and salty air. The family room is a standout, with a wide expanse of windows that flood the space with natural light and create a cosy, relaxed vibe you'll instantly feel at home in. Three well-proportioned bedrooms and a renovated bathroom cater comfortably to couples, families or those wanting a home office setup - because working from home has never looked this good.
Outdoor entertaining is effortless with sliding door access straight from the neatly designed kitchen to the insulated rear patio, completed in 2023 and running the length of the house. A free-standing gas oven with rangehood and a dishwasher offer the ultimate in convenience.
And then there's the pool. The curvy, fully fenced inground pool is pure Pilbara perfection - a total crowd-pleaser and your go-to spot for long, hot summer days and balmy evenings spent with family and friends. A second bathroom outdoors is a gamechanger for pool days and quick rinse-offs.
Out the back, a large shed with rear access adds serious versatility. Previously used as a granny flat, it's equally suited to storage for all the toys, a tradie's workshop or your next big project. With what might be every fisherman's dream - a stainless bench and sink, perhaps ideal as a fish cleaning station - this multi-purpose area can be whatever you want it to be.
What makes this property stand out amongst those catering to the Pilbara lifestyle? The enormous 11m x 5m free-standing upstairs deck area, lined with jarrah flooring and capturing sea breezes and views of the Archipelago to die for. Power points and an antenna connection make installing an outdoor kitchen to cook up your catch or footy season entertaining a dream. The height of the deck allows for shaded parking for your prized 4WD or boat.

A town on the northwest coast, west of Roebourne, Dampier was first established as a port for Hamersley Iron in the 1960s. It was also gazetted a townsite in 1972. Dampier is named after the English explorer and onetime buccaneer, William Dampier, who visited the adjacent islands in 1699 in his ship the "Roebuck". The island group through which he sailed was named "Dampier Archipelago" by Captain Louis Freycinet in 1803.
William Dampier (1651-1715) was the first Englishman to set foot on Australian soil. As a young man he took part in various adventures on both coasts of central America, and in 1683 joined a group of buccaneers bound for the Pacific. In 1686 he joined the "Cygnet" under Captain Swan, and in 1688, briefly visited Western Australia near Broome. He returned to Western Australia in 1699 for a longer visit, exploring the coast from north of Houtman Abrolhos to north of Broome. He landed on, and named, Rosemary Island in the Dampier Archipelago on this expedition.
