Nature’s Embrace

Neighbouring majestic conservation-area bushland in one of Padbury’s most exclusive and sought-after pockets, this quality 4 bedroom 2 bathroom family home in a tranquil cul-de-sac setting is the ultimate contemporary oasis, stunningly surrounded by treetops – amidst total seclusion.

Separate from the minor sleeping quarters – and the obvious pick of the bedrooms – is a huge master suite near the entry foyer, playing host to a double-door walk-in wardrobe, a ceiling fan and access into a superb fully-tiled ensuite bathroom, boasting a bubbling spa bath, a separate rain shower, a central vanity and a door leading into the two-way powder room. A fully-tiled and light-filled main family bathroom caters for everybody’s personal needs in the form of a shower and separate bathtub, servicing the three spare bedrooms in the process.

There is a study off the entry foyer, as well as a sunken front lounge room. A separate formal-dining room is also reserved for those special occasions and can easily be utilised as a versatile gym or sitting space.

Beyond double doors, a massive tiled open-plan family, meals and kitchen area doubles as the central hub of the layout with its feature gas fireplace, sleek stone bench tops, full-height double-door storage pantry, generous appliance nook, microwave nook, tiled splashbacks, double sinks, range hood, gas cooktop, under-bench oven and dishwasher, for good measure.

Separate double doors off here reveal a huge games room that essentially triples the amount of living options on offer, under the one roof. Outdoors, a terrific pitched alfresco encourages private entertaining, splendidly overlooking an intimate circular swimming pool with feature mosaic tiling – and relaxing deck and lawn areas to either side of it.

A short walk around the corner to the lovely Fernwood Park is complemented by fabulous local restaurants, St Stephen’s School and even Greenwood Train Station on the freeway all being only strolling distance away, as well. The likes of bus stops, other sprawling neighbourhood parklands, Padbury Primary School,
Duncraig Senior High School, Padbury Catholic Primary School, Sacred Heart
College, St Mark’s Anglican Community School, local shopping villages, more
shopping and entertainment at Westfield Whitford City, the magnificent Hillarys
Boat Harbour, the new Hillarys Beach Club, glorious Mullaloo Beach, Craigie
Leisure Centre and so much more are all so easily accessible within a matter of
Minutes, too. The perfect combination of quiet, comfortable and convenient truly does exist!
