Life's a Beach

Centrally located in the heart of this small community, this lovely home has been recently renovated, so there is nothing left for you to do, but move in & relax.

The house is north facing and overlooks the park, with easy access onto the walk paths that meander through the town. Vehicle access is off Catalina Court where you will find a single carport, and an additional parking bay for the boat, trailer or second car.

Inside you will find:

•A good sized lounge area with bay window overlooking the front yard with views across the park. New laminate flooring, freshly painted walls & downlights give a modern, coastal feel.
•An open planned kitchen dining area is at the rear of the home with a tile fire, perfect for warming the whole house in winter. The kitchen has been recently renovated with white cupboards and black marble-look benchtops. The addition of overhead cupboards and shelves provides lots of extra storage. The kitchen also has a new upright stove, rangehood and room for the fridge. A large breakfast bar extends across a window, providing a relaxed light filled space for casual dining.
•The dining area has plenty of room for a good sized dining suite and a sliding door to the back patio.
•A separate hallway leads to the bedrooms, with the master at the front of the home, complete with built in robes and ensuite. The new ensuite is something special with frameless glass screen, floating vanity with two large drawers & a toilet.
•The three minor bedrooms all have built in robes, and white timber venetian blinds
•The family bathroom has also had a makeover with bath, frameless glass screen on the shower with rainmaker shower head and a compact vanity, all finished with grey and white tones to match the rest of the home. A separate toilet is nearby.
•The laundry has a built in linen cupboard, laundry trough, room for the washing machine and a sliding door to access the back patio.
•Roller shutters add to the insulative properties of the home and with the security screen doors make this a secure lock up and leave option.

Outside you will find:

•A lovely timber deck is at the rear of the home and the privacy screening makes this a lovely space to dine outside.
•On the east side of the home there is large gabled patio which extends the full length of the home, the perfect place for family gatherings or a protected space for the kids to play.
•The yard is fully reticulated and limestone retaining separates the lower and upper levels of the backyard. There's even a great spot for the firepit.
•A garden shed is located adjacent to the carport for outdoor storage.

This fantastic family home has plenty or room both indoors and outside for everyone. The park is right across the road and the school bus stop is an easy walk for the little one's. For those at a later stage in life, the Bowling Club is only a short walk away.

This one is perfect to move into straight away or would appeal to the holiday rental market as well. Don't miss out, this beautiful home will tick lots of boxes!

Binningup overview

Binningup is a south western coastal townsite located 127 kilometres south of Perth and 30 kilometres north of Bunbury. By 1962 there was only one resident in the area, but many homes were built in the following few years. At the request of the Shire of Harvey, Binningup was gazetted a townsite in 1963.
