A HOME DESIGNED AND BUILT FOR EASY LIVING

I love a home behind a gate, and I especially love a home behind a gate in a cul-de-sac street. This one has been built with real thought, finished with quality and designed to make everyday life work exceptionally well.

This is a proper-size four-bedroom home with generous rooms, high ceilings, impressive living space and an exceptionally versatile floor plan. There is plenty of room for everyone, yet the layout brings day-to-day life together in a way that feels comfortable and practical.

LIVING HERE
The kitchen integrates brilliantly with the main living and dining area. Stone benchtops, a breakfast bar, dishwasher, quality splashback tiling and an extraordinary amount of storage make this a kitchen designed for actual living-not merely looking good in photos.

The main living area is a seriously impressive space, with a vaulted ceiling, extensive LED downlighting, a feature chandelier and plenty of room for a large dining table.

A separate theatre room gives you even more flexibility. Use it as it is, set it up as a home office or potentially make it work as a fifth bedroom when extra accommodation is required.

The main bedroom comfortably accommodates a king-size bed and includes a generous walk-in robe and a superb ensuite. With floor-to-ceiling tiling, a double vanity and rainfall showerhead, it has a real hotel-style quality.

The secondary bedrooms are remarkably generous too. One currently accommodates a king-size bed while still leaving room to move, demonstrating just how well proportioned this home really is. Built-in robes provide plenty of storage, and the main bathroom continues the high standard with floor-to-ceiling tiling, a deep bath and another rainfall showerhead. It's super practical in every way, including the attic ladder access to the roof space. It's just been done right in every way.

OUTSIDE
Sliding doors connect the living area with the alfresco, creating an excellent space for entertaining. Quality tiling, downlights and extensive concrete surrounding the home keep everything neat, usable and relatively low maintenance.

There is a garden shed, established garden areas and useful space for children or pets-but the backyard becomes even better when you discover the gate providing direct access to the park behind the property.

The gated frontage offers plenty of parking, while the quiet cul-de-sac setting adds another layer of everyday appeal.

WHERE IT IS

Positioned in a highly convenient part of Kelmscott, the home is within easy reach of local schools, shopping centres and other everyday services. The park directly behind the property gives you even more outdoor space without adding more garden to maintain. You don't have to zoom out on the map to see how easy walking distance this is to everything.

WHAT NEXT?

This has not been thrown together simply to put a house on a block. It was built by owner-occupiers, for owner-occupiers, and that careful thinking can be seen throughout.
