916m Zoned R30 + 3 Bedroom Home

HILLTOP LOCATION
Live indoors or outdoors there is plenty of space for everyone.
Outstanding investment and development potential in this sturdy family home perched at the crest of a hill in a sleepy loop road.

Featuring gleaming polished hardwood floors and generous well laid out kitchen space, with separate dining and bright open living area.
A wide entry foyer and also a wider than typical hallway leading to 3 generously sized rooms (2 with built ins) and a large internal storage room.

An enclosed patio can be accessed through French Glass doors and makes the perfect games room while the whole house is surrounded by patio and outdoor living spaces.

A lock up garage and gated access to an extra carport can be home to your boat or van while at the rear a sparkling below ground pool will be the centre of activity on summer days.

Best of all the R30 zoning gives potential for the 916m lot to be divided (subject to relevant authority approvals) making this the best chance to have your cake and eat it too.
Currently leased to a stable tenant till September this year.

Lynwood overview

In November 1964, the Shire of Canning proposed that this area be named "Willetton" after Henry Willett of Willett and Co." Early landholders in the area. In August 1965 the Shire advised that the Realty Development Corporation Ltd had requested the name "Clovercrest Estate" but that neither party would object to the use of the name Lynwood instead of "Willetton". This amendment was approved in 1965 and the name "Willetton" was used for an adjoining locality.
