20 Clamp Circuit, Dunsborough WA 6281

Effortless Luxury

Standing proudly on an elevated 612m2 corner block in the newest release of Cape Rise, this stunning home was designed by renowned local architect Reid Henderson, and built by Geo Bay Constructions; one of the South West’s premier building companies. The owner has worked in close collaboration with the builders throughout the process to ensure that every aspect is oriented towards comfort and aesthetics; from high shadowline ceilings, ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, and muted coastal colours, to subtle details such as soft lighting under the fixed cabinetry and the intentional selection of individual acoustic hybrid floorboards for visual flow.
On arrival the eye is drawn to the sleek contemporary roofline and feature aluminium slats atop the surrounding wall, tempered by natural shapes in the aggregate driveway and stone feature wall at the entry. The extra wide garage allows space for 2 cars as well as future shelving and storage, a convenient additional roller door for easy boat or trailer access to the rear of the home, and an interior leading door. Cameras and sensor lighting are placed strategically around the home for your security.
The extra wide front door welcomes you into the bright entry hall, with floor to ceiling windows providing abundant natural light and views of the outdoor entertaining spaces along its length, as you make your way towards the open plan kitchen, living and dining area.
Passing the separate home theatre, you immediately notice the bespoke wall cabinet, handmade by local company Little Cave Designs and seamlessly blended to the wall. This, along with the clever television recess, generates an uncluttered vibe; and access from both sides of the room invite you in for a family movie night with sliding doors on both sides offering sound reduction.
A matching Little Cave wall cabinet and recessed TV are featured in the living area; beside which the spacious dining area, with its cocktail bar and built-in wine rack within easy reach, flows onto the outdoor entertaining area through double wide floor to ceiling sliding doors.
The kitchen is a masterpiece, with its KitKat tiled breakfast bar, 40mm stone benchtops, brushed gold tapware, and top quality appliances including 90cm induction cooktop and chef’s oven by Smeg, rangehood and fully integrated dishwasher by Bosch. LED strip lighting under the overhead cabinets is a standout feature. Adjacent to the kitchen is a convenient butler’s pantry; helpfully incorporating an extra sink, double fridge alcove, further bench space and multiple power points for appliances, and very generous food storage options.
The spacious master suite is full of natural light and has its own small terrace, perfect for a quiet coffee in the early morning sun, tucked away from the south westerly breeze. There’s a roomy walkthrough wardrobe leading to the beautifully appointed ensuite, which includes double vanities with individual mirrors, a luxurious freestanding-egg shaped bath and huge walk in double rose shower with full length sky window.
Further along the hall are 3 generous minor bedrooms fitted with floor to ceiling built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans; the minor bathroom and powder room also with floor to ceiling tiles and brushed gold fixtures; laundry with built in trough, overhead shelving and a hanging rail, underbench space for a washer and dryer; and a huge walk-in linen/utility room with built in shelving and hanging rails, as well as space for your cleaning products and appliances, suitcases and winter gear.
When you’re ready to head outdoors, you can choose your … according to the weather and your mood – will you sizzle up a steak on the integrated Beef Eater BBQ and dine in the undercover alfresco, laugh and chat around the fire pit on a chilly autumn evening, or lounge on the built-in daybed by the mineral plunge pool
Designed with entertaining and relaxation in mind, this must-see property will be snapped up quickly. Don’t miss it - call Steve Hopkins on 0422 117 121.

Dunsborough overview

The townsite of Dunsborough is located on the coast, 12 kilometres southeast of Cape Naturaliste and approximately 19 kilometres of Busselton. It was gazetted as a Townsite in 1879, but land for a townsite was set aside here in the late 1830's, and there is a recorded whale fishery at "Dunsbro" in 1850.

Dunsborough is located adjacent to Dunn Bay from which it derives its name. The bay is believed to have been named by Governor James Stirling , March 1830, whilst on the "Eagle" carrying out a survey of Geographe Bay. It is named after Captain Richard Dalling Dunn, under whom Stirling served on the "Hibernia"120 and the "Armide"38 in 1810-1811 (Stirling named a number of features in Western Australia after naval officers under whom he served or was associated with) When Dunsborough first appeared on a map in 1839 it was spelt "Dunnsbro" but the extra n appears to have disappeared by 1850, and the spelling of "bro" was amended to "borough"when the name was gazetted in 1879.
