It is rare to find a comfortable home on a 2011 square meter block in town, with access from the street and the rear of the block. Need more land? The neighbouring vacant block is also for sale. Both are in a superb location just meters from the primary school and the Senior High School. So, if sitting in the garden with a cup of coffee, rather than running the children to school sounds appealing, then this is the location for you.
The home has three bedrooms with build in wardrobes, one full size bathroom with an additional shower located in the laundry. The kitchen opens to the dining area with floor to ceilings windows positioned well to take in the morning sun. The loungeroom, also with floor to ceiling windows, has a wood heater and reverse cycle airconditioner making this a pleasant place to relax any time of the year.
Outside, the double garage serves as a storage shed and the extended carport provides under cover parking for two vehicles as well access to the house. Near the house and shed are multiple large and small rainwater tanks. For the keen gardeners there is also a variety of established trees including fruit trees.
Secure this large block with a home overlooking the town of Narrogin. Narrogin is located in the Great Southern agricultural region, 192 km Southeast of Perth and provides a range of educational, sporting and medical services for the region. Conveniently position, Narrogin serves as a gateway to the central Wheatbelt and Great Southern region.

Move with Alinta EnergyThe townsite of Narrogin is located in the great southern agricultural region, 192 km south east of Perth and 32 km east north east of Williams. It is located on the Great Southern Railway, and when this line was opened in 1889, Narrogin was one of the original stopping places. The railway line was a private line, and the Company that built the line declared a private townsite here in 1891. The railway was purchased by the Government in 1896, and in 1897 Narrogin was gazetted as a government townsite.
Narrogin is an Aboriginal name, having been first recorded as "Narroging" for a pool in this area in 1869. The meaning of the name is uncertain, various sources recording it as "bat camp", "plenty of everything" or derived from "gnargagin" which means "place of water".
