Embracing the best of both worlds by being perched on a commanding corner block that shares one of its frontages with a secluded cul-de-sac setting in the Perth hills, this fantastic 4 bedroom 2 bathroom family home is as blissful as they come.
Welcoming you inside is a tiled formal lounge (with a ceiling fan and gas bayonet) and dining (with built-in storage) room that is reserved for those special occasions.
An expansive open-plan family, meals and kitchen area is also beautifully tiled and is graced by a ceiling fan and a burning wood-fireplace heater in the corner.
The functional kitchen itself comprises of double sinks, a storage pantry, a microwave nook, a sleek white Miele dishwasher, a stainless-steel range hood, a gas cooktop and a separate oven, for good measure.
An enormous master suite is the obvious pick of the carpeted bedrooms with its own fan, split-system air-conditioning unit and generous "his and hers" walk-in wardrobes.
The connecting ensuite bathroom features a shower, toilet and vanity basin, whilst a fully-tiled modern main family bathroom caters for everybody's personal needs in the form of a shower and separate bathtub.
With over-head and under-bench storage, the laundry is well-equipped for family living and extends outside for drying.
The backyard is nice and spacious, boasting lots of lawn, a swing-chair, a sandpit and an elevated cubby house for the kids to let their imaginations run wild.
A splendid courtyard in the corner allows the parents to keep a close eye on things, whilst a future swimming pool definitely wouldn't look out of place here, either.
A huge pitched rear patio (off the family room) encourages covered alfresco-style entertaining all year round and plays host to a ceiling fan, as well as a built-in outdoor barbecue - with a range hood up above.
The property's wildcard are double side gates that reveal drive-through access into a large lock-up workshop shed - every "tradie's" dream.
You will fully appreciate living so close to the new Forrestfield-Airport public-transport link, with this surprisingly-convenient, yet quiet, locale still only minutes away from everything else.
Great schools (including Maida Vale Primary School), shopping, bus stops, the Hillview Public Golf Course, major arterial roads and the heart of Kalamunda's much-loved town centre are all nearby, as is the gorgeous Davies Park sitting just around the corner.
For comfort and connection, look no further. This is hills living at its most relaxed, refined and most enjoyable!

This area was first settled in 1873 by William Henry Mead. He built a home in the Ridge Hill area, and established an orchard named "Orangedale". The name of Maida Vale was chosen as the district name by a public meeting of local residents in 1910, and comes from the property name of another early settler, Mr W H McCormack. It is assumed that the name was derived from that of the west London suburb of this name, which in turn is named after Maida (S. Pietro di Maida) in Calabria, Italy. The British Army defeated the French there in 1806, and in commemoration of the victory Maida Hall and Maida Vale were named.
Within the suburb there is a primary school, Maida Vale Primary School, a golf course, numerous parks/ovals, small shops, and a heated swimming pool. Maida Vale retains areas of natural bushland and is not completely built-up with housing.
