I See the Sea

Don't miss this opportunity to secure your piece of paradise, with vacant land getting hard to find in this lovely seaside town.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, this block enjoys both north west and south west ocean views. The north facing aspect is perfect for flooding your home with winter sunshine.

835m2 will allow plenty of space for a good sized dwelling and side access for a shed. The block is sloped from front to back so you can get creative and design either an undercroft style of home or a pole home to maximise the views. This block is currently not classified as being in a bushfire prone area. Connections to scheme water and power are available and a septic system would be required.

Eames Court is located in a central location so you can walk to the beach & general store. Its close to the school bus stop and the café in the caravan park.

Binningup is fast becoming a popular choice for young South West families. There are daily school bus services to Australind and Bunbury, a local daycare centre & playgroup as well as one of the safest beaches in the South West.

Binningup overview

Binningup is a south western coastal townsite located 127 kilometres south of Perth and 30 kilometres north of Bunbury. Binningup takes its name from "Binningup Beach Estate", a name used by a syndicate of Harvey people who subdivided the area in 1953. By 1962 there was only one resident in the area, but many homes were built in the following few years. At the request of the Shire of Harvey, Binningup was gazetted a townsite in 1963.
