Lifestyle properties like this are in such high demand with buyers wanting the great size blocks with room for the kids and the relaxed country vibe that this laid back suburb offers. With a huge grassed backyard great for cricket and footy and side access to a powered 6x6 metre powered workshop, this is a world away from the cramped blocks with the newer houses in neighbouring suburbs.
There are two main living spaces in the home with a beautiful lounge to the front boasting quality carpets and lots of natural light and the main family room to the rear which is overlooked by the incredible chefs kitchen. The owner who is a cabinet maker has designed a classy yet hugely functional kitchen area which integrates beautifully with the dining and family room and flows out seamlessly into the alfresco. Sleek vinyl plank flooring, LED downlights and chilly ducted air/con plus the toasty wood fire for the coming cooler months all add to the ambience of the place.
There are four bedrooms all boasting near new quality carpets and one stunning bathroom and the added benefit of two toilets. As you'd expect the laundry has also been renovated to a high standard!
With all the hard work done it's time to enjoy what this sleepy township offers!

Mundijong was originally named Jarrahdale Junction. It was at the junction of the Rockingham-Jarrahdale line and the government line from Perth to Bunbury which was built in 1893. A town grew up around the junction, and a timber depot which included a large planing mill was constructed. The town was first declared as "Manjedal" in 1893 as it was thought to be the Aboriginal name of the area. In 1897 this was found to be incorrect, and the name was changed to Mundijong.
Positioned between the coast and the hills, this suburb provides is an important centre for the local farming industry including orchards, farmlands and wineries. Mundijong has a rural feel with beautiful waterfalls, walking trails and forest hinterland of the Serpentine Jarrahdale district. Other facilities include a local IGA, Serpentine Jarrahdale Community Resource Centre and a local primary school.
