This beautiful family home is easily one of the most beautifully presented homes available in the area and has been perfectly maintained and updated, leaving nothing for the new owners to spend.
Comprising two large living zones, the house is adaptable for families as they grow and needs change. The separate lounge room at the front makes a great parents retreat and is a more formal lounge room located away from where the kids will be running wild!
The main living area is large and open with the kitchen right in the heart of it. Combining the dining, family and games rooms into the same space, this is where most of the everyday living goes on and it's perfectly designed and beautifully presented. This room opens up to a huge patio, which is ideal for parties on a large scale.

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
Though close to the lively Armadale City Centre, Kelmscott is a quiet suburb nestled among the numerous parks and reserves that pepper its landscape. The Kelmscott Town Centre is the main commercial sector with the Kelmscott Plaza and Stargate Kelmscott Shopping Centre all located here. There is also a railway station and four local schools in Kelmscott.
