This is a pretty special opportunity!
This privately gated 3x1 on a great sized 457sqm block is quite literally right in the heart of Forrestfield. Here you can take a short walk to, well, anything really! There are all sorts of food options, most of the shops you could wish for, parks and walks, medical and more!
Come and try the yummy food at:
• Taste of Italy
• Ribs Lane
• Commodore Chinese Restaurant
• Dome Cafe
• McDonalds (just kidding… but it is there)
• And many more!!
Back at home things feel pretty private. One of your direct neighbours is an old telephone exchange building, another neighbour is a driveway, and the third neighbouring property shares a parapet wall.. so you're not living right on top of other people and you can actually talk about things in your own garden without feeling spied on, onlike a lot of the smaller blocks these days. So whether you have noisy kids, or are planning a revolution, this is the place for you!
And speaking of blocks, this one is zoned R25/60 so technically it has some development potential too.. although being part of a strata can provide additional challenges so make sure you seek advice from the town planners in the city of Kalamunda if you wish to know more about this potential.
The home was originally built in the 1970's and has a great main living area, modernised kitchen, and good-sized befrooms too!
There is plenty of parking and space to entertain. There's even a little stage in the front yard for all you budding rock-stars out there!
This is definitely a cool option, come and check it out!
In a nutshell
• 457sqm R25/60 block
• Gated
• Very central
• 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
• Terrific Kitchen
• Filtered water
• Abundant parking
• Rear patio entertaining space
• Cool little stage thing!

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
