Jacaranda Framed Living

Framed by sweeping green lawns and the soft lilac blooms of mature Jacaranda trees, this beautifully refreshed two-bedroom apartment feels like a private sanctuary tucked within the rhythm of the city.

Recently renovated with fresh paint throughout, plush new carpets in the bedrooms and warm timber flooring underfoot, the home carries a sense of renewal, light, bright and ready for its next chapter.

Whether you are stepping into home ownership for the first time, seeking a peaceful city base, adding a solid investment to your portfolio, or embracing the ease of downsizing, this residence welcomes you effortlessly. Set within the charming Diana Apartments, an intimate complex of just two levels, it offers the rare blend of comfort, simplicity and convenience.

Positioned on the lower level, this particular apartment enjoys a generous balcony overlooking the leafy grounds below. With no stairs to navigate, life here feels wonderfully uncomplicated. Imagine slow Sunday mornings with coffee in hand, sunlight filtering through the trees, the world moving gently around you while you remain in your own peaceful retreat.

Inside, the living, dining and kitchen areas flow together in an open, airy design that feels both inviting and connected. Expansive windows draw the greenery indoors, creating a calming backdrop that shifts with the seasons. The timber floors add warmth and character, while the kitchen provides ample storage and workspace, perfectly equipped for everything from quiet weeknight dinners to relaxed entertaining.

Slide open the glass doors and the balcony becomes an extension of your living space. The Jacarandas sway softly, scattering filtered light and colour across the afternoon sky, a daily reminder of nature's quiet beauty.

The bathroom is thoughtfully positioned between the two bedrooms, practical yet stylish, complete with a space-saving corner shower. Both bedrooms are bathed in natural light, offering a sense of comfort and calm that makes it easy to unwind at the end of the day.

This is more than just an apartment, it's a place where life feels lighter, where greenery greets you each morning, and where the simple pleasures of home are gently celebrated every single day.

Joondanna overview

The first of the northern suburbs which were born in the post War period of the 1940s was Joondanna. Originally named Joondanna Heights, Joondanna was chosen after the Perth Road Board launched a competition to find a suitable name in 1939. The competition was won by Mrs A Curtis of Donnybrook who suggested Joondanna as this was the name given by a Mr. Banks to his property. He is believed to have been the first settler and owner of land in the area.
