Tucked into one of Dunsborough’s most convenient pockets, 19 Pinehurst Crescent, Dunsborough is a home that simply works - but more than that, it feels good the moment you step inside.
Bathed in natural light, the heart of the home unfolds as an easy, open space where kitchen, dining and living come together without fuss - designed for connection, conversation and the kind of everyday living that doesn’t need to try too hard. Whether it’s slow mornings or a house full of guests, this is a space that adapts to your rhythm.
There’s a quiet versatility here too. A separate theatre room invites nights in, a dedicated home office keeps work neatly tucked away and reverse cycle ducted air conditioning ensures comfort is never a question - just a given.
The accommodation is generous without excess. A privately positioned master suite offers its own retreat, while the additional bedrooms are well proportioned and perfectly suited to family, visitors or a rotating door of weekend guests.
But it’s the parking and storage that truly sets this property apart.
Four undercover spaces is a rarity in this location - offering the kind of flexibility that’s becoming harder and harder to secure. Whether you’re a growing family with multiple vehicles, a boating enthusiast or simply someone who values space and practicality, this is a feature that immediately stands out. There’s room for it all - cars, a boat, bikes, boards - and importantly, space for the golf buggy, ready for a quick trip down to the course.
Outside, things stay refreshingly low maintenance. Less time working, more time living - whether that means beach swims, long lunches or spontaneous evenings in town, all just moments away.
Positioned within easy walking distance to the Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course, it’s an ideal base for the avid golfer - morning rounds, afternoon practice and everything you love about the game right on your doorstep.
This is a home that feels effortlessly considered - relaxed, well designed and perfectly in tune with its surroundings. A smart move, a solid investment, or an easy lifestyle upgrade - however you see it, this one makes sense.

The townsite of Dunsborough is located on the coast, 12 kilometres southeast of Cape Naturaliste and approximately 19 kilometres of Busselton. It was gazetted as a Townsite in 1879, but land for a townsite was set aside here in the late 1830's, and there is a recorded whale fishery at "Dunsbro" in 1850.
Dunsborough is located adjacent to Dunn Bay from which it derives its name. The bay is believed to have been named by Governor James Stirling , March 1830, whilst on the "Eagle" carrying out a survey of Geographe Bay. It is named after Captain Richard Dalling Dunn, under whom Stirling served on the "Hibernia"120 and the "Armide"38 in 1810-1811 (Stirling named a number of features in Western Australia after naval officers under whom he served or was associated with) When Dunsborough first appeared on a map in 1839 it was spelt "Dunnsbro" but the extra n appears to have disappeared by 1850, and the spelling of "bro" was amended to "borough"when the name was gazetted in 1879.
