WHAT THE OWNER SAYS
“We love the location of the home as it is close to everything! So close to school you can run back home to collect forgotten items, the community garden, the Men’s shed, the bowling club for a Friday night feed, Angove street for a spot of shopping or to choose from a variety of restaurants, and The Rosemount pub which is fabulous for live music. Woodville park, at the end of the street, has been a favourite space to have a play or a run in a big green space. There are direct bus routes to the city and Optus stadium.
It is amazing to be living in inner city Perth and yet not feel like you are in a dense urban environment.
We love the history of the street and our home. A book has literally been written about this street!
We have loved the flow of the house, how we can open it up to the garden and enjoy the outdoors. The 3 large bedrooms have full height wardrobes and there is 20 m2 of additional storage in the attic.”
