RETRO COASTAL CHARM WITH POTENTIAL - PRIME LANCELIN LOCATION- SOLD! HOME OPEN CANCELLED.

Set on a generous 1,012sqm (¼ acre) block in one of Lancelin's most sought-after streets, this property offers a true beach getaway lifestyle - the kind where time slows down, the sea breeze drifts through, and memories are made.

The block itself is a standout - level, easy to build on, with excellent access, making it ideal whether you want to add a large shed, accommodate a boat or caravan, or start fresh with a brand-new build (STCA). There is also a bore to help keep your lawn lush.

TWO DWELLINGS FOR FLEXIBLE LIVING
At the front, the original two-storey coastal cottage - built in the 1970s - captures the essence of old-school beach holidays. With two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs, the upper level features a light-filled living space, kitchen, and views to the sand dunes from the rear kitchen window. It's like stepping back to the summers of decades past - simple, relaxed, and all about the good times.

Downstairs, you'll find a bathroom and toilet, plus flexible living areas ready for your own touch.

At the rear, a modern self-contained flat built in 2020 offers a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area opening to a sunny outdoor patio - perfect for guests, extended family, or even holiday letting.

PRIME LOCATION IN THE HEART OF LANCELIN
Atkinson Way is more than an address - it's part of Lancelin's charm. Here, you're just a short walk to the beach, tavern, cafes, shops, and the famous dunes. The area is loved for its fishing, kitesurfing, crayfishing, and friendly small-town atmosphere - a place where weekends can easily stretch into weeks.

MAKE IT YOURS - AS IS OR REBUILD
Cherished by the same family for over 50 years, this much-loved beach home holds decades of laughter, celebrations, and seaside adventures. If these walls could talk, they'd tell of endless summer holidays, backyard tents before the addition, and New Year's Eve parties that became the stuff of local legend.

So, whether you choose to keep its nostalgic charm, enhance and extend, or start fresh with your dream coastal retreat, this is your chance to create the next chapter in its remarkable story...

Please note: The property is being sold "AS IS" with exception to plumbing and electrical in working order.

Lancelin overview

Lancelin is a coastal town located on the west coast 127 kilometres north northwest of Perth. It derives its name from the nearby Lancelin Island which was named by the French expedition under the command of Captain Baudin in 1801. The name honours P F Lancelin, scientific writer, author of the World Map of Sciences and works on the planetary system and analyses of science.

Interest in the Lancelin Island area in the late 1940s for camping and as a port for the lobster fishery resulted in a townsite being declared in 1950. Lancelin was not considered a suitable name, and "Wangaree", an Aboriginal word for fish was chosen when the townsite was gazetted. Although the official name was Wangaree, local usage was Lancelin, and in 1953 the Gingin Road Board requested the townsite be renamed Lancelin. The name change was approved in 1953 and gazetted the following year.
