Come inside the oversized timber front door & you will find:

• Extra wide entry with plenty of room to display your favourite artwork.
• The decadently spacious master suite will have you feeling like you are living in a 5 star hotel. Lovely ceiling-to-floor sheer curtains, timber ceiling fan & plantation shutters add to the resort feel of the room. It's the perfect escape & has its own access to the rear deck. You will love the large customized walk in robe, & resort quality ensuite with tiling to the ceiling, freestanding bath, large shower & double basins with an extra-large vanity.
• At the end of a long day the theatre provides the perfect place to kick back & relax, with a recessed wall perfect for the TV & glass panels either side for natural light & a view through the living room.
• The main living area is the ultimate in seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining, with stackable doors between the two areas. Inside you will find cleverly recessed blockout and sheer curtains. A stone fireplace houses the built in fire which is ducted throughout the home, as is the evaporative air conditioning.
• The modern & functional kitchen has to be seen to be believed; stone benchtops with waterfall edges, heaps of storage incorporating overheads, drawers, full height pantry, scullery & large fridge recess. A full length window has been used as the splashback providing a bright, light workspace.
• The laundry is off the kitchen & provides a convenient workspace incorporating an L-shaped bench with cupboards, a double broom cupboard & ceramic trough.
• At the front of the home, there is a generous study or kid's activity room. The home has an abundance of storage with double linen presses in both hallways.
• Three beautiful minor bedrooms are oversized & finished with wool carpets & shutters or curtains, all with built-in wardrobes.
• The resort-feel family bathroom has an extra deep bath, fully screened shower, lovely vanity & sill window. Close by is the powder room.

Outside the home you will find:

• The outdoor alfresco is the perfect space to entertain with pull-down blinds, a timber lined ceiling, downlights & two outdoor fans. Gas & plumbing is there, waiting for the addition of the outdoor kitchen. You can even see the sea from the alfresco.
• If you prefer to sit and relax in the morning sunshine, there is a lovely courtyard at the front of the home with exposed aggregate concrete, limestone retained garden beds and timber fence.
• Rear access to a 8.3 x3m fully insulated, powered workshop
• A lovely lawn area with limestone retained garden beds & enclosed yard provides a beautiful outdoor space for children to play.
• Pavers extend down both sides of the home, providing a neat, low maintenance finish.
• Wood can be stored in the woodshed adjacent to the alfresco and there are also raised veggie boxes.
• The garage is 90m2 and is more than just a garage; fully lined timber ceiling, power, hot & cold water, TV aerial, data points available & ceiling storage area - this has the potential for a great workspace.

Binningup overview

Binningup is a south western coastal townsite located 127 kilometres south of Perth and 30 kilometres north of Bunbury. By 1962 there was only one resident in the area, but many homes were built in the following few years. At the request of the Shire of Harvey, Binningup was gazetted a townsite in 1963.
