Why wait to build when all the hard work has already been done for you? This beautifully finished 2024 Home Group WA residence offers the perfect opportunity to secure a quality lifestyle property in the thriving City of Busselton - the jewel of the South West.

This thoughtfully designed home features four generously sized bedrooms, two stylish bathrooms, an open-plan family living zone, a dedicated theatre/activity room, and a separate study or home office - ideal for modern family living or working from home.

From the moment you step inside, the attention to detail is evident. Zoned, ducted R/C A/C ensures year-round comfort, while the expansive open-plan living area creates a warm, welcoming space for entertaining or relaxing with family and friends.

The kitchen is a standout - both in form and function. Clean lines, high-end finishes, and smart design make it a dream to cook and entertain in. Essa stone benchtops are a premium feature, extending into the well-appointed scullery, which includes an extra fridge space and appliance nook. The cleverly positioned laundry flows directly from the scullery, adding to the home's everyday convenience. You'll also appreciate the glass splashback, statement New York tiles, 900mm oven, five burner cooktop, floor-to-ceiling pantry, abundant storage, and expansive breakfast bar.

The master suite is a private retreat, complete with plush carpets, quality window furnishings, a spacious walk-in robe, and a luxury ensuite with twin vanity and double shower. The minor bedrooms are equally impressive, each offering double built-in robes, soft carpets, and full ducted A/C - all in keeping with the quality throughout the home.

Step outside to an inviting alfresco area with pull-down blinds and exposed aggregate flooring - perfect for year-round entertaining. The 8m x 6m space means there's room for large gatherings, while the lush lawn area provides plenty of room for children to play safely and freely.

The exterior of the property is equally well-considered, with gated side access and ample room for a boat, caravan, or trailer. Asphalt driveways and hardstand areas making it ideal for tradies or anyone requiring additional vehicle storage. The jewel on the crown is the three phase powered shed measuring a whopping 12m x 8m, making you the envy of your peers.

Low-maintenance, landscaped gardens soften the surrounds while remaining easy-care, leaving you more time to enjoy Busselton's enviable lifestyle.

Vasse overview

The townsite of Vasse is located in the south west, 240 kilometres south southwest of Perth and 11 kilometres south west of Busselton. The townsite is named after the nearby Vasse River and Vasse Estuary, both of which are named after a French seaman, Thomas Timothee Vasse who was believed to have drowned here in June 1801. Vasse was a helmsman on the Naturaliste, a ship which was part of a French scientific expedition to Australia in 1801-03. He was washed overboard and lost, and the river was consequently named in his honour. In 1838, G.F. Moore interviewed the aboriginals about Vasse and noted in his diary that Vasse had not been drowned but died later from anxiety, exposure and poor diet.

Vasse townsite was formerly part of the Busselton Commonage reserve, an area set aside in 1879 for the common use of Busselton residents. In 1898 the land was inspected by the Department of Agriculture, and was proposed as suitable for subdivision into five and 10 acre blocks for dairying in support of the soon to open Busselton butter factory. The good land in the area was swamp land, and release of lots was delayed pending drainage. When subdivision was finalised in 1906, the surveyor suggested the area be named Vasse after the river, and the townsite of Vasse was then gazetted in 1907. The townsite is very elongated and covers three separate areas. Vasse Siding on the Busselton-Margaret River Railway was named in 1923.
