STUNNING KITCHEN - Character Home

CHARACTER LOVERS
A Spectacular kitchen renovation is the perfect compliment to high ceilings and gleaming timber floors in this light filled family home.

Set in a quiet loop road in easy reach of parklands, walking distance to the 'in demand' Bannister Primary School, local shopping at Lynwood Village and public transport.

At the heart of the home a gourmet kitchen with shimmering porcelain countertops houses stainless steel appliances with wide oven, 5 burner cooktop, plenty of under bench storage and overheads as far as the eye can see.

With windows everywhere - floor to ceiling in the main living space - the home is bathed in natural light bringing out the rich colours of the natural timber floors and giving every room a light and airy feel.

The second bedroom has sliding door access to the rear patio - an ideal home workspace or second entertainment room if required - while outside a covered patio is the place to park yourself at the end of a hard day.

Secure Gated front entry makes it perfect as a lock and leave and high truss double carport means plenty of room for your RV or work van.

Lynwood overview

In November 1964, the Shire of Canning proposed that this area be named "Willetton" after Henry Willett of Willett and Co." Early landholders in the area. In August 1965 the Shire advised that the Realty Development Corporation Ltd had requested the name "Clovercrest Estate" but that neither party would object to the use of the name Lynwood instead of "Willetton". This amendment was approved in 1965 and the name "Willetton" was used for an adjoining locality.
