Fantastic Living, With a Large Patio and Workshop!

Nestled within a tranquil pocket of Padbury that is surrounded by a series of cul-de-sacs, this stylish 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home has been cleverly revamped for easy living and is the perfect way to get into a popular suburb within arm’s reach of the coast.

An open-plan family, meals and updated-kitchen area is the main hub of the floor plan with its split-system air-conditioner, gas bayonet for heating, quality bench tops, double sinks, skylight, microwave nook, sleek white cabinetry, ample cupboard space and modern stainless-steel range-hood, gas-cooktop and DeLonghi-oven appliances.

An adjacent lounge room doubles personal living options and leaves enough space for formal dining, also comprising of a ceiling fan to help circulate those cooling sea breezes. A single door shuts off the sleeping quarters from everything else, with a fully-tiled and renovated bathroom the headline act – with a walk-in shower, a stone vanity and heat lamps.

Outdoors, both living spaces are able to seamlessly access a large full-width patio-entertaining area that overlooks the backyard with lawn, surrounding established gardens and heaps of room for a future swimming pool – if you are that way inclined. A huge powered workshop shed can also be found at the rear and is destined to keep the budding “tradie” of the house very happy indeed.

In terms of parking, a double carport out front is complemented by extra space on the verge and a second driveway that is ideal for your boat, caravan, trailer or up to another 2-3 cars in tandem.

Enjoy daily strolls to a host of lush green local parklands in the area, as well as restaurants, the All Foods Market IGA at Padbury Shopping Centre, bus stops and even
South Padbury Primary School. Padbury Catholic Primary School is also nearby,
as is the gorgeous Hepburn Heights Conservation Area and the likes of the freeway, the Greenwood and Whitfords Train Stations, Duncraig Senior High School, St Stephen’s School, Sacred Heart College, St Mark’s Anglican Community School, Westfield Whitford City Shopping Centre, Hillarys Boat Harbour, the new Hillarys Beach Club and stunning swimming beaches. It’s not often that quiet and convenient usually go together – but this is a location that will undoubtedly impress!
