Osprey Holiday Village doesn't come up often, and it is easy to see why. Unit 118 is a well configured three bedroom, two bathroom property positioned within a dedicated Tourism zone at 570 Murat Road, an easy walk from the town centre, shops, restaurants and the Ningaloo Aquarium and Visitor Centre. Purpose-built for short-term guest accommodation, it is exactly the kind of property that keeps this complex tightly held.
Inside, the layout is generous and practical. Downstairs, an open-plan living and dining area connects easily to a fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, convection microwave and large fridge/freezer, bringing all the comforts of home to a holiday stay, nothing here asks guests to make do. Two queen bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the ground floor, along with a full laundry. Upstairs, an open-style loft with three single beds adds a third bedroom that works particularly well for families or groups, bringing total sleeping capacity to seven without the property ever feeling cramped.
Outdoors is where Unit 118 truly shines. A spacious undercover entertaining area with a built-in barbeque is designed for year-round evenings outdoors. A dedicated external bathroom with shower and toilet lets guests rinse off sand and salt before heading back inside, a detail locals and regular visitors know the value of after a day on the reef or the beach. Parking for two cars, or a car and boat, rounds out the practical appeal, while access to the complex's communal pool, landscaped gardens set the standard for what a stay in this village should feel like.
As tourism-zoned short-term accommodation, which in practice means its owner has access to a fully furnished holiday base in Exmouth. A genuine opportunity to own a stake in the Ningaloo lifestyle.
Well presented properties in this complex are tightly held for good reason, and Unit 118 is a clear example why.

Exmouth is a townsite on the north west coast, 1260 kilometres north of Perth. It was gazetted a townsite in 1963, and was founded as a support town to the Harold E. Holt Communications Station run by the U.S. Navy.
Exmouth is situated on the western side of Exmouth Gulf from which it takes its name. The feature was named by Commander Phillip Parker King RN of HMS "Mermaid" during hydrographic surveys in the area in 1818. The name honours the Viscount Exmouth, Edward Pellew. Edward Pellew was born in Dover, England in 1757 and died in 1833. He had a very distinguished career in the navy, and was regarded as British naval hero. Pellew entered the Royal Navy at 13 years of age, was appointed Lieutenant in 1778 and received his commision as post Captain in 1780. In 1793 he received a knighthood for his heroic conduct in capturing the "Cleopatra", a French frigate. Three years later he was created a Baronet for his heroic services in saving the troops and crew of the British transport "Dutton". In 1804, he was promoted to the rank of Rear Admiral. In 1814, having risen to the rank of Admiral of the Blue, he was elevated to the peerage as Baron Exmouth of Canonteign, County Devon; and, finally, was advanced to a Viscountcy in 1816 for his gallantry in bombarding and totally destroying the fleet and arsenal of Algiers in that year.
