What to love
Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac just minutes from the stunning Dampier foreshore, this delightful 4-bedroom home blends laid-back coastal living with timeless style and thoughtful design.

Step inside and be greeted by an L-shaped living space, where new flooring underfoot, air conditioning, and golden natural light spilling through large windows create a cosy, inviting atmosphere. Whether you're relaxing with the family or hosting friends, this space sets the tone for easy everyday living.

The kitchen is a character-filled showstopper - with a bench that extends to a breakfast bar, open shelving to display prized appliances and cookbooks, plenty of cupboard space, and modern stainless-steel appliances including a wall oven, ceramic cooktop, and dishwasher. There's a spot for everything here, from your microwave to your fridge, making this space not only beautiful but functional too.

Each bedroom is sleekly finished with warm, timber-look flooring, air conditioning and up-to-the-minute fans, along with built-in wardrobes. The fourth is ready to become your dedicated home office or creative studio, complete with built-in desk, shelving and drawers - ideal for working from home or getting schoolwork sorted in style.

The bathroom is beautifully planned and spacious with full-height tiling, a vanity with plenty of storage and a top-mount handbasin, and frosted glass windows allowing natural light without compromising privacy.

Outside to the rear, enjoy a mix of expansive patio and enough lawn to house every kid's toy imaginable (and maybe a pool?) surrounded by lush, mature trees - the perfect setting for lazy Sundays or afternoon barbecues. Enjoy the bonus of a studio room suitable for multiple uses - crafts, home office, gym? The possibilities are endless...

To the front, yet another patio with a protective canopy is the ideal setting for morning coffees, and you just have to be impressed by the extra high double carport and as much parking as you could possibly want - more than enough room for your boat, trailer, and all your Dampier essentials.

Dampier overview

A town on the northwest coast, west of Roebourne, Dampier was first established as a port for Hamersley Iron in the 1960s. It was also gazetted a townsite in 1972. Dampier is named after the English explorer and onetime buccaneer, William Dampier, who visited the adjacent islands in 1699 in his ship the "Roebuck". The island group through which he sailed was named "Dampier Archipelago" by Captain Louis Freycinet in 1803.

William Dampier (1651-1715) was the first Englishman to set foot on Australian soil. As a young man he took part in various adventures on both coasts of central America, and in 1683 joined a group of buccaneers bound for the Pacific. In 1686 he joined the "Cygnet" under Captain Swan, and in 1688, briefly visited Western Australia near Broome. He returned to Western Australia in 1699 for a longer visit, exploring the coast from north of Houtman Abrolhos to north of Broome. He landed on, and named, Rosemary Island in the Dampier Archipelago on this expedition.
