This is a beautiful area that will form the centre of family living in the house, with ample room for living and dining, and a spacious modern kitchen. This is well equipped with quality appliances, including a wide stove and oven, with plenty of storage space in cabinets and a built-in pantry, and a large breakfast bar for casual dining. Extending the living area is the relaxing sunroom, which blends the indoors and outdoors with extensive tinted glazing and twin bi-fold doors that open up to the patio.
Recent updates include new carpet and vinyl plank flooring throughout, new screen doors, and premium ScreenAway blinds to the main living area and secondary bedrooms. Roller shutters to the front rooms add privacy and climate control, while four split system air-conditioning units and a new slow combustion wood fireplace ensure year-round comfort.

OUTSIDE:
Set behind a sliding gate entrance, the property is immaculately maintained with bore-reticulated gardens, paved and concrete pathways, and established fruit trees including mango, lime, lemon, and peach. A standout feature is the large 9m x 5.5m powered and insulated workshop, ideal for trades, storage, or hobby use. The extra-high double carport provides excellent clearance and sheltered parking for larger vehicles, while additional garden and wood sheds add further practical storage. The 5kW solar inverter with 6.6kW panels helps reduce running costs.

Mundijong overview

Mundijong was originally named Jarrahdale Junction. It was at the junction of the Rockingham-Jarrahdale line and the government line from Perth to Bunbury which was built in 1893. A town grew up around the junction, and a timber depot which included a large planing mill was constructed. The town was first declared as "Manjedal" in 1893 as it was thought to be the Aboriginal name of the area. In 1897 this was found to be incorrect, and the name was changed to Mundijong.
