QUALITY, SIZE, LOCATION

As soon as you step out of your car you can sense that this property is something special. Everything is finished to a high standard and presents very well. The home is a big and spacious 4x2 plus study and you can just tell that serious thought has gone into the design and layout.

The theatre and master bedroom are at the front of the home as well as direct access to the over sized garage to store all that you need with roller door access at the back to give you extra parking options as well. From there you enter the open plan living area with the quality kitchen boasting stone tops, 900mm appliances and even a scullery! Large laundry off the kitchen with ample storage and bench space and being away from the minor bedrooms the noise won't wake any of the little ones!

Minor bedrooms are large, second toilet is independent of the bathroom with its own vanity. Large alfresco off the back with stamped concrete. Surprising amount of yard space, all low maintenance with artificial lawn and easy care gardens. Extra hardstand off the back of the garage for more parking, a decent shed just for good measure.

It's the property that keeps on giving! Phone Brad Mercer - 0438 381 083.

Pinjarra overview

The townsite of Pinjarra is located in the south west agricultural region, 87 km south of Perth and 21 km south east of Mandurah. It is located near a ford over the Murray River, and land was reserved for a townsite here in 1831. Surveys were carried out in 1836 and land allocated to settlers in 1837. The name was often shown spelt "Pinjarrup" on early maps, and the accepted spelling for many years was "Pinjarrah". There are conflicting theories regarding the meaningof this Aboriginal name. It is usually said to mean "place of a swamp", but it is more likely named after the "Pindjarup" tribe, the Aboriginal group that frequented this area.
