This property is AWESOME! Not just a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a fantastic layout, but here you'll find some particularly standout features that we think you'll love.
The best of which, in my opinion is the location. Number 17 Passiflora Drive was built on an elevated block, with direct line of sight views to trees and open spaces surrounding Woodlupine Brook, less than 100 metres away, as well as glimpses to the hills beyond! This is quite a stark difference when compared with the more typical "view to the house across the street" which you would normally. Here instead, you almost get a more rural feel, yet are still incredibly close to all the good stuff.
Speaking of good stuff, the interesting thing about living near the Woodlupine Brook is that it meanders its way through Forrestfield right to the town centre, so you can pretty much follow it south/west for about five or six hundred metres of lovely nature walk, all the way to Hawaiians Forrestfield - The central shopping centre, complete with all the usual stuff plus some great tasty food options too.
Back at home, you will enjoy the very spacious front lounge area which has great connectivity to large backyard and the front yard too.
The bedrooms are in a separate wing of the house and the master bedroom has a window with views down to the nature reserve, as well as built in robes and a private ensuite.
Much of the house has been freshly painted and the carpets are new. The property is in great condition, with no immediate maintenance required, but it also allows plenty of scope for updates and value adds if you're keen on that sort of thing.
This is a must see property and would make an exceptionally beautiful place to raise your family and to call your home

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
