Reasons To Call This Home
Perched proudly on a sprawling 900sqm (approx.) corner block in the prestigious “Whitfords Beach Estate”, this commanding 4 bedroom 2 bathroom-plus study two-storey coastal residence delivers the kind of space, style and future potential that’s hard to beat. Revamped and refreshed where it counts, the home strikes the perfect balance between family functionality and long-term upside – with R20 zoning and exciting subdivision potential (subject to council approvals) adding even more value to the mix.
Surrounded by the green pockets of Flinders and Broadbeach Parks and just moments from the sparkling Indian Ocean, this unique and expansive abode celebrates both lifestyle and location. Multiple living zones (four in total, in fact), a flexible indoor-outdoor alfresco/sunroom, a newly-renovated kitchen, outdoor patio, courtyard and garden gazebo areas, a generous backyard with lots of lawn (and room for a pool), ocean glimpses upstairs and an over-sized master-bedroom suite at ground level – this is fantastic family living on a truly grand scale, with room to entertain, relax, grow…or subdivide and prosper.

Hillarys is an outer-northern suburb of Perth bound by the Indian Ocean. The suburb is six square kilometres in size and is a residential area with commercial sectors in its northeast and significant parklands along the coast. Hillarys' growth was minimal until the 1970s and it wasn't until the 1980s through to the 1990s that rapid growth occurred.
Arguably the most notable feature of Hillarys is its boat harbour. A crowd-pleaser for both locals and visitors alike, the large marina and tourist development is home to bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping facilities, accommodation, kid-friendly activities and plenty of attractions. Also in the suburb are several parks and walkways, Westfield Whitford City Shopping Centre, Hillarys Shopping Centre, a ferry terminal to Rottnest Island and a local primary and high school.
