Onslow's Exclusive Waterfront.

3 Houses in One! You'll Earn a great Income and Love being here in this beautiful location.
There are separate entries for each place, Two are 1x1, and the Third is a 2x1.
Of course, you could move in with your extended family, or maybe you need lots of accommodation for your employees.
There are a lot of possibilities of why this could be the perfect place for you.

Currently, two parts are Tenanted and 1 part Owner Occupied.

With a Brand New roof in 2020, each large one-bedroom unit has a large porch overlooking the ocean, with outside areas and front porches. From the front porch of the two front units, you can witness the sunrise in the morning and the staircase to the moon over Beadon Bay in the evenings. The units are individually fenced.

In the main unit, there are polished floorboards, original high ceilings, a recently renovated large kitchen and a large living room with two sets of French Doors (cyclone-proof glass in all doors and windows), all overlooking the ocean. At the rear is a working large walk-in coolroom from when the place was a restaurant and cafe.

The next unit is also well-appointed and spacious, with high ceilings, polished Jarrah floorboards, a front porch overlooking the ocean and a paved courtyard to the side.

The Two Bedroomed unit was built eight years ago to the side of the main front residences and has Ocean Views, a Large undercover carport tall enough for boats and caravans, a beautiful Balinese-style bathroom with twin vanity basins, a large and breezy way separates the two bedrooms with kitchen, living and a bedroom on one side and the other bedroom, living area and shed on the other side. It also has separate power and water meters for separate billing and possible subdivision later on.

There's separate Solar Hot Water throughout. The front units have electric hotplates and electric ovens and the rear/side 2 Br unit has a gas hotplate with an electric oven.

A very interesting proposition here because you could:
Large waterfront office with kitchen and male/female toilets. With adjoining manager's accommodation
• Return the property to a Cafe Restaurant and Live On-site.
• Use the property for multiple staff accommodations.
• Rent the units out for Long or Short Term accommodation.

Onslow overview

The townsite of Onslow is located on the coast of the Pilbara region of Western Australia, 1386 kilometres north of Perth. Created as a port townsite in 1885 to service the pastoral industry of the Ashburton and Yannarie River districts, the original Onslow was situated at the mouth of the Ashburton River. It is named after Sir Alexander Campbell Onslow K.B., Attorney General of Western Australia at the time.

The jetty at the original Onslow Townsite was very primitive. At low tide only vessels drawing a loaded depth of 12ft could berth and the regular coastal steamers had to anchor out in the Roads. In 1922 it was decided to establish a new deep water jetty 15 kilometres to the northeast at Beadon Point. At first it was felt Onslow could stay where it was, and be connected to the jetty by a tramway, but this was not practical, and there was considerable pressure to move the townsite. Lots were surveyed at Beadon Point in 1923, and Onslow landowners sought to be relocated in the new townsite. When the new townsite was gazetted on 10 January 1924 it was named "Beadon", but just two weeks later was renamed as part of Onslow. Most of the town moved in 1925 and the original Onslow townsite was later cancelled.
