Properties/blocks this size rarely appear. Situated amongst established homes in a quiet neighbourhood. Elevated and enjoying park frontage. Walking distance to shops, Bannister Creek Primary School and Lynwood Senior High, currently undergoing a multi-million dollar building program, underpinning Lynwood's future value.
As a bonus, the house has good bones and is still liveable with a main section featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a self-contained annexe with private entry. Annexe features a bedroom with attached bath, and a living/kitchenette area. Both sections of the house are currently on separate periodic leases drawing $850 combined weekly rent.
The owners have WAPC approval to sub-divide a section of the land into a street front, potential green title block for a separate dwelling. Buyer has the option to proceed if keen and plans can be made available if required.
Opportunity for an astute investor, developer or home buyer to retain the existing dwelling currently generating attractive rental returns, or reside in one or both sections, or live in the main section and rent out the annexe to offset your mortgage while you map out your future vision. Endless possibilities.
