Owner Keen To Sell
Mark McGowan announces stimulus to encourage WA's construction industry.
This is an additional $20,000 in state grants which can be combined with the Federal Government's HomeBuilder' stimulus and the First Home Owners Grant,
to provide up to $55,000 in total funding that can help West Australians build their new home.
McGowan's additional $20,000 grant will not be means tested and be available until December 31, 2020, and there is no cap on property value.
This, when coupled with WA's stamp duty concessions means that all up Western Australian's can qualify for up to $69,440 benefits until the end of this year.

The name "Darlington" is derived from adding the English suffix "ton", meaning "town" to the name of the range in the area - Darling Range which was first named "General Darling Range". The name was first used by Dr Alfred Waylen who established the "Darlington Vineyard" here in 1883-4.
Darlington remains one of the few locations in the Perth hills with an early 20th century village ambience. It is known for its vibrant community with seemingly as many committees and groups as it has residents. The suburb has a local general store however residents rely on the the facilities at Midland and Mundaring which are close by. There are also various primary and secondary schools in the area.Ā
