EVERY CORNER DESIGNED FOR FAMILY LIFE

Set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and backing onto the tree-lined serenity of Woodlupine Winter Creek, this one-of-a-kind 4-bedroom home offers a peaceful retreat from the everyday. Whether it's the thoughtfully designed layout, the luxe finishes or the incredible outdoor living space, everything here has been created with comfort and quality in mind. If you're looking for space for the whole family, a place to unwind, and a home that just feels "right" the moment you step inside — this could be it.

Inside, there's a real sense of pride and polish. The double French doors and extra-wide entry make a great first impression — a modern pendant above, epoxy-sealed concrete floors underfoot, and just enough wow-factor without being over the top. The open plan living area brings everyone together with seamless flow through the family, kitchen, dining and games. For movie nights or quiet time, there's a private home theatre tucked behind twin doors. The kitchen is a true standout — well-zoned, beautifully finished, and packed with features: twin-drawer dishwasher, steam oven, induction cooktop, island bench with breakfast bar and bulkhead overhead.

The bedrooms are generously sized and cleverly positioned. The master feels like a hotel suite — tucked away to the front of the home and carefully designed to feel calm and luxurious. There's a step up into the sleeping zone, with recessed ceilings, soft downlights, and a split system air conditioner to keep things just right. Meanwhile, the ensuite is something special: Full-length mirrored robes provide loads of storage, floor-to-ceiling tiles, twin vanities, a large double shower with dual shower heads and a built-in seat, an enclosed private toilet, and a layout that feels more like a boutique hotel than a family home.

The remaining bedrooms are generously sized and cleverly positioned. The study (or 4th bedroom) sits at the front, with lovely garden views. The remaining bedrooms are queen-sized, all with split-system air conditioners and built-in robes. Even the laundry and family bathroom have been given the same level of care — tiled floor-to-ceiling with heaps of storage.

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.

Life in Forrestfield

Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the  Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
