Thinking about investing in a holiday Van?

This charming little getaway is perfectly positioned within the Seabird Caravan Park, offering the ideal spot to relax, unwind, or invest in your coastal escape.

Enter through the hard annex, where you'll find a welcoming open-plan living area complete with a kitchenette, plenty of bench and storage space, and room for a cosy seating area and TV setup. The van itself features a double bedroom at one end, a single room at the other, and a central space with an additional seating and kitchen area (currently unused). A little dated, yes - but full of seaside charm and potential!

Situated toward the Tavern end of the park, you're just a short stroll to the pool, BBQ facilities, meeting room, boat ramp, and of course - the beach! Enjoy being right next door to the local pub, and just a quick walk from the one-stop shop for all your essentials.

All blocks within Seabird Caravan Park are Freehold. The park is strata-managed and beautifully maintained, featuring a secure gated entry, friendly community atmosphere, and fantastic amenities including a pool, sports courts, BBQ areas, boat parking, and more.

If you're looking for a solid investment that doubles as your own coastal retreat, don't hesitate to contact me for a private viewing.
Please note: as this van is currently tenanted, viewings require at least one day's notice.

Seabird overview

The coastal townsite of Seabird is located 100 kilometres north northwest of Perth between Guilderton and Ledge Point. It is 18 kilometres by road north of Guilderton. Like many similar coastal townsites in this region north west of Perth, the area was first settled by squatters. When this was reported on in 1965, a decision was taken to form a townsite, and the name "Chalon" after Chalon-sur-saone in France where the French botanist Leschenault was born. Pressure from the Shire of Gingin and local residents resulted in the name Seabird being adopted in 1968, the name being derived from the pastoral property within which it is located. The property name is named after the schooner "Seabird" which was stranded with a gaping hole in her port side in this area in 1874. The townsite was gazetted in March 1968.
