GUIDING FROM $900,000

Australind holds this stunning little secret, resting opposite the river reserve! Finding a view like this is rare, as this amazing location is very tightly held, once owners are here, they never want to leave.

Resting on an 807 m²* corner block, this quality-built 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a wraparound Veranda to take advantage of those summer afternoons watching out over the reserve as the kangaroos come out to play.

With an oversized double garage and easy access into the house, you will find tiled floors flowing through the living areas. The family/dining area offers double French doors out to the veranda, bringing the outdoors indoors, and boasts recessed ceiling, offering another dimension of space to the already oversized room.

Overlooked by the renovated kitchen with light, timber-look doors, a contrast to the neutral benchtop that spans around, with more than ample storage, a very functional kitchen, but best of all the big window looking out over the river reserve.

Next is the enormous lounge room with a formal dining area, just off the front entry, with big windows looking out, allowing the light to fill the room when you want it.

The spacious master bedroom has a walk-in robe, offers a separate ensuite, off the main entry and away from the rest of the home, positioned perfectly for shift workers.

Then the guest bedrooms lie across the rear of the home with easy access to the freshly renovated laundry in matching colours to the kitchen and, of course, the master bathroom. With easy access to the other three spacious bedrooms, all with double built-in robes.

This location is outstanding, close to schools, the estuary, and of course, Australind Shopping Centre and Treendale just over the river! So make sure you come and see for yourself, as no photos show the view like it is in real life!
