A complete transformation
What was once a humble, stock standard company issued house, has been renovated in its entirety, and we really mean a total make over, to make better use of the open plan living areas and easier back yard access to the large under cover area.
The Owners' have thought of everything when they recently completed their renovation, and have not skimped on any of the finishing touches:
• 3 spacious bedrooms, all with built in robes and new paintwork
• Remodelled bathroom with separate shower and bath
• Spacious loungeroom and dining areas
• Recently installed new kitchen
• Expansive backyard with an HUGE under cover patio area
• Fully fenced back yard with access gates
• Two stand-alone garden sheds
• Perfectly positioned to walk to school, the shops and Golf Club
• 687m2 block size
And did we mention the lush grass back yard…..something you don't find often in Newman…grass that is so soft, so green and prickle free…a game of backyard cricket could go to a whole new level on this back yard wicket!

Newman is a mining company townsite in the Pilbara region, 1184 kilometres northeast of Perth. The townsite was gazetted in 1972 after the Mount Newman Mining company developed a large iron ore mine at Mount Whaleback. The townsite is named after the nearby Mount Newman, a 1055 meter high mountain in the Ophthalmia Range.
Mount Newman was named by the surveyor W F Rudall in 1896, "in honour of our late leader". Newman was Aubrey Woodward Newman, the original leader of the survey party carrying out surveys in the neighbourhood of the Ophthalmia Range in 1896. He contracted typhoid fever at Peak Hill and, too ill to continue, was later returned to Cue where he died on May 24th, 1896.
