WHO WANTS HASSLES IF YOU'RE OVER 55?

WHY BUY THIS?
VIEW BY PRIVATE APPOINTMENT
If you're over 55 years and want to a low fuss home with none of the long term, high risk financial moves of the retirement villages then this superb two-bedroom home is the place to be. The low strata fees include your building insurance, meaning this is a low-cost way to live without all those weekly fees they charge in the villages. A sure winner!

INSIDE
Both the bedrooms are of a good size and the living area is very comfortable too. The kitchen is original, but neat and tidy with decent workspace and storage too. It's all been freshly painted and looks great!

Out the back we have a lovely patio, a good size store room and plenty of scope for you to turn it into a pot-plant-paradise or lift some of the pavers and make something more impressive of it. It backs on to the river reserve and this villa has one of the best views available.

WHERE IT IS
Right near Coles, a really short walk to Dome, an even easier walk to the public fitness area at Fancote Park. The bus stop is just up the road and the train station is not far. It's an unbeatable location at an unbeatable price. Call Mark Grogan today and see just how much is on offer here.

Kelmscott overview

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
