A large separate study or 5th bedroom offers the flexibility modern families need - ideal as a nursery, home office, or guest room.

Both bathrooms are styled with soft, timeless finishes, with the main including a full-size bath - a must-have for young families or those seeking a bit of luxury. A separate laundry opens out to the side of the home, with direct access to the wraparound polished concrete paths and low-maintenance landscaped gardens.

Outside, the fully fenced yards offer safety and space for children and pets, while two rainwater tanks and a tidy garden shed ensure your home is both practical and sustainable. The oversized double garage is designed with extra height, width, and length, perfect for larger vehicles, hobby space, or storage.

And when it comes to location - you're in one of Collie's most family-loved neighbourhoods. A short walk brings you to the local primary school, nearby playgrounds, and green spaces that make country town living feel peaceful and connected.
