Perched proudly on a prominent corner, this quirky two-storey haven is anything but ordinary.
Bursting with character and personality, its unique 4 bedroom 3 bathroom floor plan offers endless flexibility - the kind that grows, adapts and bends beautifully around your family's lifestyle. Multiple living zones, private wings and a clever layout make it ideal for blended families, multi-generational living or simply those who love their own space.
A huge wraparound entry verandah allows you to step directly inside to an inviting - and generous - open-plan dining and kitchen area, where a walk-in linen press complements a walk-in pantry, triple sinks and quality stainless-steel modern dishwasher, range-hood, gas-cooktop and oven appliances. The massive separate family room - with soaring high ceilings and a gas bayonet for heating - also extends out to the north-facing verandah for patio-style covered alfresco entertaining, whilst eventually leading through to a separate laundry - with external access for drying and a connecting third bathroom, comprising of a shower, vanity and toilet.
Upstairs, there are two separate quarters - headlined by an "adults wing" with a generous carpeted parents' retreat that accesses both a two-way powder room and a second bedroom (with a built-in wardrobe) that works perfectly well as either a study or nursery. It neighbours an expansive master suite with separate "his and hers" walk-in robes, splendid tree-lined aspects to wake up to and a relaxing light-filled ensuite - large bubbling spa bath, separate shower, central vanity, powder-room access and all.
The second upper-level "minor" wing features the third and fourth bedrooms - with built-in and walk-in robes respectively, a main family bathroom with a shower, separate bathtub and vanity basin and a separate third toilet, for good measure.

Yanchep is an outer suburb located on the coast, 56 kilometres north of Perth. Originally a small crayfishing settlement, it was developed by entrepreneur Alan Bond in the 1970s. The name ‘Yanchep’ was adapted from the Nyoongar word ‘Yandjip’, or ‘Yanget’, which is their word for the bulrush reed that is abundant around the wetlands of the area. Its boundaries as a suburb are extremely large, covering over 220 square kilometres and taking up almost the entire northern and north-eastern portion of the City of Wanneroo.
As a suburb, Yanchep has a shopping centre with a large Woolworths and various specialty shops such as a newsagency, butcher, bakery, hair salon, travel agency, cafe, massage and nail salons and fast food outlets. A garden centre, vet and various other businesses are also located in the industrial area a few hundred metres from the shopping centre.
Yanchep is a popular tourist destination due to its close proximity to the Yanchep National Park, therefore most residents are located in a small enclave around Yanchep Beach Road, near the coast. There are two primary schools and one secondary school in the area, with a new primary school expected to open in 2021.
